Our shipping cost philosophy
At Philamatic Stamps & Coins we have the most advanced shipping postage calculator interface available. The shipping total for your order is calculated in real-time based on weight at parcel post rates.
At any time you can check the estimated shipping cost of your order by clicking the "shipping cost" links on the site. All you need to tell us is your postcode or country.

aim is to charge only the actual cost of posting your order
to you - postage plus packaging materials. |
As you progress through the payment process you can choose the
type of shipping you prefer - Regular for Australia with an option
of Registered post and Air, Sea or Economy with an option of insurance
for international order destinations.
Optional: International postal insurance
In Australian Dollars:
$7.00 for the first $100.00 value plus $2.00 per extra $100.00 or
part thereof.
Please Note: Insurance is not available on orders to Argentina,
Afghanistan, Albania, Germany, Indonesia, Israel, Mexico, Venezuela,
and Vietnam.
For international orders, your packages may be subject to the customs
fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order
shipped. Any customs or duty charges are always the responsibility
of the recipient.
Optional: Australian Registered Post
Australian Residents Only - Registered parcels
are an optional extra $2.50.
To ensure that we provide a fair and accurate delivery system,
if you suspect your shipping total is incorrect, we'd like to hear
about it. So please contact us so that
we can investigate.
Receiving your order
Once you complete your order, you will receive an automated order
confirmation email containing the details of your purchase.
Orders in stock will be sent next business day via the post method
you selected during checkout. Once your order is shipped we will
send you another email confirming that the order has been sent.
When you receive your package, a receipt is included.
Our Return Policy
Our shopping area has been carefully designed to provide you with
as much information as possible on all our products to help you
make the right selection. Please use this information and select

Philamatic Stamps & Coins will provide a refund/exchange on
receipt of original item/s if the product/s received are significantly
different to those shown or described. If the product is damaged
in transit and no insurance has been requested by the purchaser,
the refund/exchange will not apply.
